im getting new wheels

so the last few times i have been to Les Schwabb ( the local tire and wheel dealer) i noticed i keep getting these little dings in the flat surface of my chrome wheels. i thought it looked like they were dropping the socket or lug nuts on the wheels when they removed them for a balance or something. so i go in today to get a nail removed and ask about it. the manager i know was there and asked if i thought it could have been from a rock. i say no way since it left a smooth half moon shape in the surface. he says oh really. ok well lets go drop some lug nuts and see. i figured he was gonna take an old chrome wheel and drop a few lug nuts on it to see if it did the same thing, but no........ he takes like 8 of them and litterally throws them at my passenger front wheel leaving like 8 or so very noticeable dents in the wheel. i was like , WTF did he just do??????? and i think to myself, this is a bunch of . then he tells me he will replace the 2 worse wheels. i thought and then i said ok the 2 worse..... plus the one you just fooked up????? i was so mad, i have never felt emotions like that before. i said you are gonna do something about it all now or you are gonna be the guy i am about to get sideways of!! who goes and throws a handful of lugnuts at someones brand new wheels to see if it will dent?? and the funny part is that the new dings he put in the wheel look EXACTLY like the ones i was asking about in the first place. he tried to tell me that he didnt know the wheels were that soft. i thought, they are aluminum for cripes sake....... of course they are soft, especially when you give a handful of lugnuts a nice professional baseball pitch from 3 feet away. anyway, after all that i am getting all new wheels. we agreed that each time i go in to get a balance i am to have a manager inspect them before i leave.

Probably would of poured enough black and white smoke in the shop that the customers out front would think the place was on fire! THEN asked for 4 new rims AND 4 new tires that I just burned up!!

Wow he must of thought that they would bounce right off and make no marks? What a goof!! I would have definitely made him give me 4 new rims for that little manuever. Some people are so stupid it boggles my mind. Lucky he had a decent throw and did'nt hit your truck!!

i couldnt believe it. i felt mad, angry, hateful, and wanted to punch his lights out..... what kind of customer service is that???? i will go to another store from now on.....

i spent over 2200 on new wheels and tires and then they ruin the wheels and make me feel like it was my fault. screw em. im gettin new wheels!!!!
