I performed the ZOODAD mod five days ago. If I am doing my math right, Which I think I am. I seem to be getting 1.4 more miles to a gallon of diesel.
I'll keep calculating a few more weeks as I know there are other variables. But if this is correct, That 20 minute FREE modification was a good one. My question is what kind of MPG increase or decrease did any ya'll experience? Bryan |

Five days is really too short a time to compute any difference in mpg. Unless, of course, you drove at least eight hours each day. I did the zoodad mod last year and I'm still not sure that there was any mileage improvement.

I didn't see much, if any -- but it only makes sense that it would allow more cooler air into the intake, resulting in more efficient fuel mileage

Didnt see any better, maybe worse however when it is raining really hard!

I don't know about milage, but my bro-in-law has a 6.0 and his EGT's went from average of 1000 to 800 deg's on the highway so it dropped 200 deg's so I assume the milage went up too
