Where are you at in Ohio? I would be willing to help you out if you need a repair. I am not a mechanic but I just did everything except the HPOP this weekend and the guys are right when they say take your time and it is not as overwhelming as it looks.

I live in Lima Ohio.

Took the highway to the dealership today and did a few pulls. All my readings look normal. Pressure would peak at 4,000+ at WOT 3500 rpm. Voltage was 4.5 truck never skipped a beat.

It did how ever stumble a few times leavin the Parkin lot. I let it idle for about 5 min before pulling out at a normal pace. Looked down at my monitor and it didn't catch the stumble or hiccup.

Other then that its been fine. Just pulled off about 7 miles from the dealer to put it back to stock tune.

Cool, Thanks alot. If i need ill hit you up.

So i went to the dealer and the tech was busy in a 6.7 with a junk turbo and puking issues. Truck hadnt acted up since it was up to temp. so i didnt even have anything to show the service tech.

The truck has to sit for about 30min or so after its been up to temp before it will have the idle issue.

Going out to eat here soon and the truck has been sitting since about 5:15 so ill report after that.

I do have an appointment on tues so ill drop the truck off and give the tech details and go from there. Ill try and get a vid of what my monitour pics up if i can so he can see what the numbers are.

Well disregard that last post the truck was acting up pretty bad last night. I was on my way to the fuel station I stopped at the light before and the rough idle kicked in. Truck was at temp and running fine before. pressure dipped to 560 and the ICP voltage started to jump around.

Filled the truck up and started back up and let it idle and it kept doing it and was able to catch it on vid.

Cant really hear the idle but you can see the numbers jump around

This is very abnormal for my truck as mine normally will hold extremly steady as i stated in the first post.

Just before i started to film the pressure was dipping down to around 560-570 then back up to as high as 740-

truck was not hard to restart either
