Air Filter

Hey, I am new on here and I didn't see a check in thread. I Have been reading alot about my '06 6.0. I have plans but no $$$ any ways. I was reading the man. on the air filter gauage and then looked at mine. It dosent seem to be moving and wanted to know how long it last. It's a big filter so dunno. I bought in in APR new drove it down dust dirt roads from AK to LA. I figure I should be close to a change by now but the gauge says otherwise.

I wouldn't trust the gauge. I was checking mine regularly and like you it never moved, so when the mileage got up I just changed the filter and it was dirty. Had replace the filter gauge. Guess I should look tomorrow and see if this one is working.

You back in AK or did you move down south? You're one of the only members I've seen from AK. I'm in Anchorage BTW.

oh, and don't trust that filter gauge, I've had problems with them not working on a few trucks.
