Discovered a problem!

Well I actually had 2 problems. When I am at 65mph cruising on the highway, every time I lightly tap the brake, it jerks violenty. Second when I am just driving around I hear like a flute sound coming from the turbo area.

first thing is normal because I think you just installed custom tunes via xcal2. the flute noise ins't normal however. any codes or can you get a video?

The "flute" noise you're hearing is probably an exhaust leak, usually in one of the flex joints in the y-pipe that feeds the hot side of the turbo. Look for exhaust marks against the firewall or back of the motor, or have someone give it a little fuel and see if you have exhaust smoke under the hood.

so can you explain the flute issue more in detail? what are your RPM's? how loud is it??

what would custom tunes have to do with jerking violently

ditto on the above. it shouldnt be jerking at all. i have the SCT with custom tunes and my truck doesnt jerk at all.

there was a thread on thedieselstop where the guy was asking why it felt like his truck was jerking when he would turn his cruise off via brake or the button and eric posted in the thread describing why it did it. I remember cuz I posted in the thread and was experiencing the same thing.

its wierd, and the same problem happened when I had the power pup, with stock lift and tires

now that i think of it, when i went home on vacation, i had the street tune on and when i would hit coast on the cruise control, it would act weird. kinda jerk a little, but only with the cruise put into coast mode and it would only happen when the button was first pushed. no issues now so i am not worried about it.
