Check for exhaust leaks, torn lose cac boots, plugged or torn map sensor hose located on the right side of the intake. Plugged ebp sensor and tube.

I think it was a plugged MAP sensor hose. I blew thru it and it seems to be running a lot better and shifting the way it should.

Good, the nipple on the intake will get clogged up if you have an egr. Thanks for the update, hope that works.
