Got my build sheet and window sticker from Ford, have ?????
As I have posted in the past my truck was originally owned by the Border Patrol and was in service in Arizona. It was not a cab/chassis but it was a fleet vehicle. My build sheet lists it as 235hp
I thought only the cab/chassis and E series vans had the lower hp motors?

How did you acquire your build sheet? Being a car nerd, that's something I'd like to have seeing how as I bought mine used.

I went to the dealer and gave them my vin.
They gave me an Oasis and a build sheet. which i keep both in the glove-box. edit: never got a window sticker. I wonder if the dealer can print that out too. |

Cool, I'll try that.

![]() ![]() Those are the build sheets . Yes they can print out the window sticker,I need to scan that in. Back to the original question though. How the hell do I have the 235hp motor? This is something that I am not sure I am happy about. What is the engine code for a 325hp 6.0? |

This is how they printed the window sticker out for me....not a full sticker but it tells you what you got.

So after a little poking around it appears the engine code for a 6.0 no matter what vehicle,or power level is "P". So the next question is did Ford have a typo on the HP rating on the sheet or does the "Fleet" F350 truly have 235hp? Cause that would truly suck.

i would almost bet on lower HP due to longer life on drivetrain parts. only other thought would be gearing, lower gearing will limit rpm in a sence, therefore not allowing the higher rpm to hit peak HP

when I bought My 6.0 in 2009 u could still get the window stickers reprinted online
but they only go back so far and then it drops off I barley got mine in time |
