tuner question

So i just got my Loony tune and now am trying to get the SCT software on my computer and update it but can find anywhere to download it? any help?

Www.sctflash.com, tech section, scroll to where it shows pic of whatever tuner you have, like a 3015, click on it, should ask for your serial number. Enter that and should be a list of options, you want the Sct updater program

when i go to the website to do that it says they no longer offer the download on their website and to follow the like below but there is no link.

so i found a way to download the update software but when i plug my sct into the computer it doesnt recognize the sct any help?
