Direct Clutch Solenoid Replacement

Hey guys...I had my transmission throw the codes p0766 and p2703 this weekend, and it won't shift out of 4th gear. I have read on here I don't need a new transmission just a new direct clutch solenoid. Where is it located in the transmission?

please let me know if this helps. Mine has thrown the same two codes. I put it back to stock and now it is shifting fine. I then put it on the tow tune and babbied it and it shifts fine 98% of the time. I want to know if the solenoid fixes it.
