Did I get a good deal?
Two weeks ago I bought my first diesel and have been wondering if it was a good deal. I happy so really thats all that matters but just wonder what the going rate was. Its a 2004 f350 2wd 6.0 Crew cab single rear wheel xlt. The truck has 140k miles and is bone stock except for a bully dog programmer (for now). I bought it from a dealer, it has a clean carfax and was owned buy an older gentleman that used it to pull a fifth wheel camper. They told me that he put the bullydog on there just to use the tow setting for the camper. The truck is immaculate inside and out and appears to have no mechanical issues. It was just over 13k with all the dealer fees. Did I do ok?

Congratulations, it sounds like the owner knew about the problems and installed a monitor? 13k for a truck that can pull a tree out of the ground, sounds like a deal to me. Monitor your deltas, icp, fuel pressure, ficm voltage, etc. Good luck.
