what do you think of these fuel pressure numbers?

Hey guys, finally got my truck up and running, batts died and had to recharge etc etc... Anyways got my fuel pressure reading for the first time with the gauge and at idle im 68 psi, half throttle it dipped down around 50 psi then shot up to 60 psi almost instantly. NOW when the gauge did this, my tires spun and it hooked up jerking the truck, could this have knocked the pressure off a tad?
