IPR Customer Service...A+++++++

I just wanna throw a shout out to Vince and his excellent customer service. I got my new high flow filter in tonight. I was so excited to open it up that the filter and spring fell out when I pulled the cap. I called him to ask how to re-install it. He answered the phone and caledl me by my first name and talked to me for about 25 minutes on the filter, the design, how to use it and why he chose such a damn heavy yet beautiful chunk of aluminum to manufacturer this thing from.

Vince,

Thank you for you time, your patience and the info you provided me tonight. I look forward to talking with you again in the future!

Mat

It sure does, especially when you've only talked to the owner three times but he talks with you like you're high school buddies. Very personable for certain.

Yes sir, pretty amazing when you call a company and they remember your name did the same for me.

I will get your pictures tomorrow, been busy and not much daylight up here right now.

Gimme a min and I'll upload them. Snafu was getting me pics of his truck, not the filter. I just got my filter today. SOLID!!! Ain't not joke in that and worth every bit of the $249 it goes for. The one with the Coors Light can was to give an idea of its size.

I think I put that spring on right. it fell off when I opened it and Vince walked me through it so hopefully that's right. haha

Empty can. I don't leave them out long enough to get hot before they get in my belly.

I completely agree I bought the Gen 2 EGR and oil cooler kit from him. I called him probably five times and got nothing but good honest advise and coaching! I highly recommend his products.
