A good brand lift kit will come with a longer track bar and the brackets to hook it up. And it will also come with the correct size drop pitman arm for your steering box.

Check out icon's track bar they have 2 options here is one
64031 - 2005 - Current Super Duty F250 / F350 Adjustable Pan Rod Track Bar with Bearing - ICON Vehicle Dynamics I think they are the only company to offer a track bar for a lift that big, if you already have a drop bracket then any track bar will work. Pmf also makes an adjustable track bar but only up to 4.5" IIRC. I don't think there are any alternatives for a steering box other than oem, if you are having problems with turning do a ps flush, if it is slack check drag link and tie rod joints first. |

Your trac bar needs to be relocated by a the upper mount being replaced by a drop mount, as others mentioned, would of came in a kit. If your piecing a setup together, call truck toys performance 888-PROTOYZ, they can get you an individual piece. As for steering, only option for upgrades to stock is "redhead" steer gear which uses needle bearings for tighter tolerances, or full hydro steering upgrade- which is real nice - but spendy!

As Jetjock stated, you should have a drop trackbar bracket in conjunction with a drop pitman arm already. If so, both of our types of track bars will work for you. We also have individual components available if you need anything in particular. If you have any questions, feel free to pm or call us anytime!
