Help with coolant leak

Found small coolant leak at back of passenger head. Small hose(looks like wiring harness cover) that plugs into something I dont know which has same plug on all cylinders. Can someone tell me what this is and how to stop the coolant leak. See pic for reference.

Thanks
BB Wolf

Not sure if it is your problem, but a common leak that ends up showing at the passenger side rear head/block area starts up top in the valley...check your blue or orange house on your egr cooler or your egr delete kit...also...your heater valve controler can leak and drip in this area...

No more hoses. I used the IPR delete. Buddy is bringing over his coolant pressure tester today.
