It's already bulletproofed. Asked him what tune he's running and who did the work on the head job. I'd offer 15k

$18k is a smoking price for an 05 Harley truck. Read the bulletproofing and monitoring stickies. They have all the info you need.

Im aware of bulletproofing. I just wanted to know you opinion on what he has done. He has all the paperwork on the work too so I will see that when i pick it up. PS he is running the sct box tunes I have River City Diesel down the street so I have them build me a few tunes. Last should I do any thing more? oil cooler, fuel filter kit and oil filter kit? Any Tanny upgrades to make it strgoner?

You really don't have to look into tranny upgrades until you start playing with turbos and bigger injectors. These trannys are really strong compared to dodge and gm. You should for sure get the SCT custom tuned to make sure the tranny lasts (crappy tuners will smoke a trans). Plus make the truck more fun to drive. Looks like a heck of a deal to me! Good lookin truck.

I would make sure to find out which Head Gaskets he used on that bullet proofing...If it was Black Onyx, you might as well start saving now for a new HG repair
