Took truck in for hi EOT delta's!

I took the truck to Ford dealer to day for my high EOT delta's. They verified my thought's and wanted to do EGR cooler update and numerous other thing's along with the oil cooler coming up to $2,200 ish.
My warranty would only cover half of the labor and gasket's.
I decided to not do the EGR cooler being that it is blocked and with a new oil cooler it should not be subjected to any big temp's and if it should start to leak it can't put coolant in to the intake so with my part's disc it should run me about $850. While it is there they are doing a thermostat, checking turbo for cleaning, changing oil and trans fluid. My coolant filter should be here this week so I hope I will be set for a while.
Oh my EGR block is the spool replacing the EGR valve so that's why coolant can't get to the intake, truck also only has 95K on it.
This may not be the best fix but it will preserve the warranty! And the motor! I hope!
