Tune question

Just bought a 2004 f250 and the previous owner had put the canned sct tune on the truck and sold it to me with out the console. I am planing on get a tsx from Eric and my question is, will the tsx allow me to reflash my ECM or do I have to take it to the dealership?

i don't know 100% but my best guess would be that you are gonna need to go to dealer to have it reprogrammed to factory strategy. or have you talked to the guy you bought the truck from to see if he still has the tuner and see if you can get it with the truck or atleast let you reflash to stock.

Talk to Eric, he may be able to send you a recovery file for your PC, then send you a stock file to load onto the SCT and into your truck. It's worth a shot.
