03 turbo ?'s

Just bought a 03 turbo how can I tell by looking at it that it is an 03. Thanks in advance

Count the blades on exhaust side. Should be 10 of them. 12 is an 04 and 15 is 05+

Other than the pedestal being different does everything else hook up ie. oil indeed and drain lines

its a straight swap the only differance is the pedestal . i even used the 06 pedestal with my 03 turbo and left the back bolt out . . sounds great tho

Yep, sure does. I know there will be guys that wanna disagree with me but personally, I would find an 03 pedestal to use. Also need a new turbo install kit because you have to use spacers on the bolts that hold turbo to pedestal + all the o-rings and gaskets are there too. It's around $10

I would buy it if my 03 turbo was done! Love that sound! By the way I have no idea who is selling the turbo just came across it.
