Anyone tried Magnaflow's Cat

OK I couldn't sneak by (REJECTED) I have to get a Catalytic converter on the exhaust, bright-side is I'm going to upgrade the stock system. I was wondering if any one has tried this. I don't want to take it off every year and put it back on for the crap test. Give me some input.
