Rim offset?

I'm looking at a set of used rims. They are 20x10 with a 4.5 offset. Are these going to stick out further than my factory 18s? I just put a lift on so I'm hoping they do, but I'm used to looking online for "-12mm offset". Any advice would be good, since I'd like to go buy these today.

4.5 is the backspacing. I would call them and ask them to look at the back of the rim. The offset is engraved on the back somewhere
