Few Questions, truck is in shop at the Dealer

So for a while my truck has had a secondary whistle. You would hear the turbo spool then there was secondary higher pitched whistle as if there was a leak post turbo or something.

Well i brought the truck to my Local Ford Dealer to do a bunch of maintenance and to check out this noise. Well would the forum say 1200 bucks is a lot for the dealer ship to charge for the following?

Truck is a 06 350 6L Auto

Coolant Flush
Trans Flush w/ filters
Fuel Filters change
Air filter change
Full Synthetic Oil Change
transfer case fluid/oil change
and i think there was something else in the transmission, IIRC that needed changing but i can't remember what it was for the life of me,
and Bleed Brakes

So its been 2 days, today would be day 3. I went down there and talked to the Service rep and basically they thought my turbo was done, spent hours on the phone with "engineers" and basically they don't know where its coming from but there is no leak anywhere such as the turbo inlet, or the boost piping, nor the bellows in the y pipe.

So the 'Solution' was to take out the turbo, take off the y pipe and all tubes, re install turbo and reconnect all the pipes, boost tubing, down pipe, y pipe, etc. apparently there is some fancy name for taking it all apart to re seal it all. But they are charging me 300 bucks to do this. I assume its all labor to remove everything and re fit it all? I told the guy this sounded like a bull**** charge, but frankly if it fixes the issue, i don't really mind paying it. I feel I'm being ignorant and just having them "fix"the issue, but am I overpaying for the maintenance on the truck? Granted i could of done most of it myself, but I literally got back from Afghanistan Sunday and the truck has been at Ford since Monday. Should be getting it back COB today, or else that will totally **** my Thanksgiving plans...

Anyway, thanks for any ones input. Truck has 73,xxx miles on it.

Also, where can I buy new Powerstroke and F350 badges, does the Dealer still carry them for my 06?
