Oil in coolant?

What's the best way to tell? Brand new elc coolant and it looks like brown streaks in the degas bottle? Any ideas? I'm not gaining coolant

It doesn't have a rainbow color but it looks like an oily film? Could it be left over restore? Just flushed it this weekend

It could be and no need for blackstone just go to auto parts store and buy a coolant test strip kit

If the acidity ain't right it's contaminated since te coolant is new
