Is a 84 F250 6.9 Liter non-turbo a good truck?
Im fixing to buy a 84 F250 from a buddy for $800 to use as a work truck and im just curious if its worth the time or money? It has 150,000 miles.

My dad has 300000+ miles on his 6.9 and still uses it to pull his 3000 lbs pit. The truck is original but for a rebuilt tranny. He ran the hell out of that truck as a farmer, but know retired he doesn't run it as much. He still starts it every week, and like I said uses it to pull his pit. I will probably inherit it I hope!
