Need some help OBDII port DOA

So i disconnected my batts this last weekend while changing out my VGT Solenoid. Put the new one in today and now my Insight and Sct will not power up. Also i did pull the BPD FICM to to verify the voltage setting on it as i had it installed while doing head studs. Truck starts and seems to run fine. I am leaving now to take it on a test drive and will be back in a little whie.

I believe the fuse for the OBDII is tied in with the cig lighter. check to see if that works with a phone charger. If not check the fuse for that.

That was it thank you. Not sure why it would blow for no reason but its fixed now

Glad it worked out for you. I had a similar issue a year ago and found the answer on here.
