Best EGR Delete And Coolers?

I have been out of the loop for awhile on the 6.0's and am wanting some info and opinions on which company's EGR delete and EGR cooler and oil cooler would be the best to use. He has about 96,000 miles on the truck and the only warranty work was an EGR valve, HPOP, and FICM. He wants to keep the truck and wants to improve the longevity. So please no comments about getting rid of it. We just cleaned the EGR valve this weekend and it has helped, but we want a permanent fix. Any info would be great. Thanks!

If you want the best, then Bullet Proof Diesel is the place to go.

Egr cooler - BPD
Egr delete - there all about the same, stay away from the two piece design.
Oil cooler - ford

Without question, Bulletproof Diesel has the best upgraded EGR cooler and oil cooler on the market.

I don't see the problem with the 2 piece, what am I missing? The o ring is the seal and the plate just retains the tube.

I have a two piece delete. It doesn't leak but I think it's a poor design. Don't like that tube being able to move at all.

The 2 piece design EGR delete is garbage... Ask me how I know. I have had 2 of them leak in the last year.

The best EGR delete on the market bar none is IPR's Gen 2 EGR delete kit. Keep in mind it will NOT work with BulletProofDiesel's Oil Cooler Kit.

Best functioning EGR cooler on the market is BulletProofDiesel's Bulletproof EGR Cooler.

And by FAR the BEST and ONLY actual solution to the oil cooler woes that plague the 6.0 powerstroke is BulletProofDiesel's Complete Oil Cooler Kit.

Thanks for the responses guys. So do I need to replace the EGR cooler if I do an EGR delete? Is there much to gain with the new updated FICM? Ours was replaced by a stock Ford unit last year.
