Stock HPOP Flow Rate

So I posed this question on another forum and I might as well ask here. This is a tough one for all of the techs out there. What is the flow rate of the stock HPOP, either 03-04 or 05-07 (or better yet both)? I can find info about the LPOP but not HPOP...

Nobody does. If someone does, they won't tell. The best I can do right now is estimate.

And it is a very close estimate now. Of course, it would be nice to have a larger sample size to confirm the standard deviation of the estimate.

Well my hat is off to whoever finds these specs, let alone who makes the pumps for sure. I called Bosch-Rexroth and there are no pumps with the model number R98620032R or a Bosch pump that goes by HP032X. I am about crossed eyed looking through all the pages of Bosch pump specs.

So I just wasted some time tracing this mystery pump from a ford part number to Rexroth to Bosch. Which confuses me since I thought Bosch-Rexroth were one in the same and where the 05-07 HPOP come from I have even less of a clue.

But if anyone has a serial number, or for that matter a model number that didn't come from my search through google land, off a pump they can give me, I can call the rep back and they can try to cross reference it.

Maybe someone has already been down this road, if they have let me know and I'll quit while I'm ahead.

I am pretty positive that Bosch, who I believe made for versions of the stock HPOP, made the pumps exclusively for Ford and they no longer manufacture these pump. Hence, the only replacements are actually manufactured pumps, with the exception of Bob Riley's Adrenaline pump. He may be the only person who knows the flow rate, apart from the manufacturer, and getting any information out of him is about impossible.

I think your approach may yield some results, depending on what kind of records the manufacturer has kept.

Ok, I'll keep digging then. Someone has to have a pump handy for numbers hopefully.

I'll check the workshop manual when I get home. I doubt it has that kind of info but i'll see.

Waiting a call back from the local rep. No promises with this one though. Our company doesn't buy much from them so
