key programing
I am new to this forum and need help. I replaced the computer and the car will not start, it is a 2003. i believe its the key that needs programing but how? Please dont tell me dealership.

Good luck if you dont have the 2 keys that go with rhe computer. You have to go to the dealer. Thays all I know but I dont have the chip in mine ether. Wish I did.

it's not the keys. Super duties didn't have passive anti-theft until 2008.
I have no idea if you can swap 6.0 PCMs and still get the vehicle to start. Normally you would want to program the PCM to the vehicle. If it's not from the same model year forget about it. 03s communicate over different networks than the later years. |
