is live tuning worth if?

just as the title says is it worth it to have live tuning done? if anyone has done it please tell me about your experience. Thanks

Im in Virginia and Im thinking about going up to see Inovative Diesel in Maryland. I do have a guy local that has a dyno and hes an sct dealer but he mostly tunes gassers. I think for the diesels he goes through ID anyway. Im just not sure how much confidence I have in his tuning ability for the diesels. Does anyone know of anyone else in my general area?

Stick with ID.... They know their junk.

Live tuning is the best way to tune anything.

Yea...going to ID versus some local hack is WORTH the trip.
