stumped.... need your guys help!

Alright guys I'm making one of those annoying mileage threads, this isnt your typical one however.

So I own a 2005 f250 ccsb with egr delete, studs, updated oil cooler, 4in straight pipe exhaust, afe intake, new stock replacement warren diesel injectors, and updated fuel pressure regulator spring.

yet I only see 11.5 to 12.5 mpgs I know thats not horrible but it sure isnt good either. I'm getting frustrated with this thing so I may be over looking a simple problem which is what I need you guys for! what could I be missing to bump this up a bit?

Put the stock tune back on it and keep your foot out of it. I only get 12.5 with mine.
