motor done now on to drivetrain noise

well i have two things going on, one is a loud thump under the truck when braking usually right when i come to a stop. I replaced my controle links on front sway bar no change. could it be in the brakes or ball joints?

Second i have a vibration when on the gas, comes and goes and i can feel it in the steering wheel. seems to let up when I lift off throttle. Just hopeing not tranny issue. Any thought out there?
