I'm sure it could be if you got all the parts from a donor truck

I asked this question a couple months ago and no one really knew or had tried it.

It's gonna be a LOT of work. I'm not completely sure about the super duties, but I've done this on a Ford Taurus before. You'll probably have to rip the whole dash out and change the whole air distro system with all the dampers and such. You'll need the wiring harnesses and all the vacuum lines too. If you have a lot of patience and a donor truck, I'm positive it's doable though.
