new warren diesel 190's throwin p0200

Just installed 8 new warren diesel 190s, got eric to rewrite my tunes and now it is throwin the p0200 code. I believe that injector circuit malfunction, right? it comes and goes though, it wont constantly stay on. The engine light isnt on either.
I drove it in stock for two days with the new injectors and it never showed the code.
any ideas?

I concur with this. Sounds like a programing issue so far.
