Question for AE users

I just have a quick question for you guys using AE. When you pull up codes for the PCM does it pull up TCM codes at the same time or do you have to go intto a different program to pull TCM codes? I have never used AE before and was just wondering this thing for a few reasons. I use the Modis and have to go into the tcm seperately to pull codes which seems kindof funny since the TCM is located in the PCM. Sorry if this doesnt make much sense. It is late and I am trying to type on my phone. Thanks for the replies guys.

I can pull up engine , transmission , transfer case codes and some kind of body electrical codes all at one time. It took me a while to fix what was going on.
