Think I pooched my Insight CS

So, I went to update my Insight CS on Friday night and it failed to complete the update due to some "decompressor" error. I disconnected and reconnected and each subsequent time, it says that Fusion doesn't have any updates and it closes out. Each time I plug the Insight CS into the OBD port, it says that the update never finished and to plug it in and allow Fusion to update it.

Just thought I would share.... Might be having to look at a new unit.

They have great customer service. Did you by the unit from them / dealer or like on ebay?

Bought it from a private party here on the ORG since he wanted to upgrade to the CTS. Might not get any love from Edge...

Thanks Bryan. Not sure what I would do if it's pooched, but likely stick with the Insight. Might upgrade to the CTS... But have to convince the wife...

Well, I just plunked down some cash for the EAS pressure sensor and wiring harness, so I will probably stick with Edge.

That stinks. My CTS is stuck on my current gauge selection/display. Everything else is inaccessible and overall completely non responsive.

Jason, is this running the latest firmware? I usually upgrade to the latest to add new PID's to be able to be monitored.
