upliffter switch's in a '05?

Got a chance to get a set of upliffter switch's a with the brake control set up from a 2010. Is this something that is a plug n play thing or no? Thanks

I'm certain the dash holes are different. I don't think it will "plug-n-play". Now if it was a set up for the same year the switches would work.
