coolant question/manifold gasket
Is there any other types of coolant I can run in my truck other than ford gold and what would my best bet be for manifold gaskets I was told fel-pro and to stay away from black Onix

A red colored EC-1 rated ELC coolant is the best to run in our trucks. If you are talking HG's, only Motorcraft - Intake manifold, Motorcraft - Exhaust manifold, dunno never did it or needed them, or researched it.
