Transmission Parts

So i purchased tranny parts from Ace transmission in GA and got sent the wrong clutches and no labels/part numbers on the TC the 1st time, 2nd time got missing parts in the clutch kit and truck was down for 1 1/2 weeks. Had to use stock clutches and torque converter cuz i could not wait any longer to get the correct parts from them. Cant return any of the parts due to no returns on "high performance parts" and i never used the torque converter or billet input shaft that was supposedly for my 05 F250.. So just letting you all know do your research before hand... Just sucks I'm out all that money and none of it was my fault, gave them my correct model year and make and no help what so ever from them..

Don't let that stuff slide. Have you talked to Craig at Ace about this? They should definitely take the parts back. If not you may be able to sell the input shaft and TC here in the classifieds or eBay them. The clutch pack you may be able to sell for parts to someone looking to install extra clutches and doesn't need a full set.

That's BS. I would definitely go after him for it. What were you expecting for a TC and what did you get?

It's suppose to be a billet triple disc TC, but there was no packaging or receipt indicating that it was that.. Make sense? I mean would u put something on your truck if there wasn't a part number or anything indicating that's what it is suppose to be

do a charge back talk to your bank or the card company you can get your $ back
