2005 Brown F-250
Hello all, new member looking into getting a 7.3 or 6.0 250 (anyone want a clean 06 Tundra?). I found what appears to be a great truck on Ebay the only problem is that it is in Florida so i cant really drive down just to check it out. Does anyone have a brown/tan '05 that can post a decent picture of? The truck looks killer, but it seems like one of those love it/hate it colors and I dont want to get down there and not like it. Any opinions are welcome and pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all, the info on this site is great!

I've seen that color in person and love it..... but... it is an opinion like you say.... I say go for it!

Welcome to Powerstroke.org  I'd never thought I would like a brown truck, but I've seen that color in person, and with the two tone effects.. it looks really good.

Thanks all, I'm calling the stealership about it tomorrow to hopefully get some good news. Either way the Tundy is going on Ebay this wekend if I get some more glamour shots of it.

I got my truck a few months ago. I looked at a LOT of F-250s, and a couple of them were that color combination. I hate brown, but I liked it on the F-250. I think you'll be pleased.
I'll post an Oasis report request in the premium forum for your VIN. I'm not sure if we're supposed to do that, but I'm sure Rodslinger wouldn't mind helping out one of our military personnel. It might not come by tomorrow, but maybe Rodslinger will get to it before you decide to buy the truck or not. I'd definitely want one before putting your cash down on a truck with over 100k since anything that has to be fixed is gonna come out of your pocket. Last edited by tech10002; 10-24-2007 at 09:41 PM.
