Looking at a High Mileage 6.0

Hey guys, im wondering about a 2006 Ford F350 2wd Dually. It has a tick over 200,000 miles and im wondering is that to much. I've heard about the common problems that 6.0's have and I was wondering if they are any worse at 200,000 miles. Thanks!

Do you know anything about the history of the vehicle as far as maintenance goes? Do you know how many owners it has had?

If it is priced right it could be a better value, most 6.0 problems should be fixed by this mileage, my buddy has 380k miles on his 06 that he bought new, with few problems after the factory warranty ran out, just an FICM at 380k, oil cooler eger cooler done under 100k by FORD.
