Question Theft Recovery..?

In my search to find the perfect 6.0 Powerstoke for myself, I came across a place that sells Theft Salvage Recoveries. The place is call Wheel Kinetics (.com), Has anyone heard of them? They claim to clear the title, as just about every vehicle they get is mechanically sound. Usually just a 5th hitch stolen, or a radio. They claim to purchase most their vehicles straight from the insurance companies. I have seen a few REALLY nice trucks on their site, and prices seem pretty good also.

What are your thoughts or ideas? Anyone ever used them/heard of them?

Well they have an "A" rating with the BBB and I have bought Theft vehicles from other auctions before without problems. They are usually the best buys out there... even better then wrecked vehicles (which is the ONLY kind I buy)
My current truck is from an auction in CO but it has a clear title
No body damage/ just a repo

Thanks Six0. I think Ill keep watching this site, see if I can find a good one. The one I liked most was the White Clean title one. They claim was a dealer trade.

I don't see any problems with buying a recovered truck, you can probably score a pretty good deal on it too

Yup I agree. I usually don't mind a bit of body damage or panel misalignment just another thing to get the price lower in my view.

Truck in my sig is a theft recovery out of Texas ... I bought it straight from the Auction & fixed it myself though. There's usually a lot more missing than the radio though. One thing to consider with the 6.0 is there will be no Ford warranty ... "cleaned" title or not.

Mine has served me well so far ... almost 30k miles on it since I finished the repair.
