Wind almost took my door off!

One more thing to effin fix. Opened the door at work and the wind ripped it right out of my hand...I thought it was going to fold against the fender. Now, it's creaking and popping when I open and close it. What do I look for in terms of repairing a door that has been slammed open too far?

Are the hinges bent?

I'll have to take a closer look...it was still pretty dark and I was pissed. I would imagine that would be the first thing that happens in a situation like this?

Or where the hinges mount to the door could have tweaked the door. Throwing it out of alignment. In conclusion, if thats the case, you will need a new door.

It's definitely messed up in there somewhere. It pops everytime I close it. I can see the flat bar thing, for lack of the proper term, popping as the door closes. The hinges look OK as I compared them to the passenger door.

Nothing really looks out of place....I can take a video which should be a little more helpful. I'm going to try and stop by a local body shop and see what they think. The owner is a relative of a neighbor and did some great work for me when my tire blew and took out the whole bedside.
