turbo pedestal bolts part #

Getting ready to order parts for oil coiler change and a bunch of other updates...while looking things over, I noticed that one of my pedastal bolts is missing...does anyone have the part numbers for these bolts....to be specific...for mounting the pedastal to block...

I am also looking for the best place to buy a straight up-pipe without the "bellows"...already have a delete kit, but the previous owner capped the original up pipe connection...And I want to get rid of that, as I have read that leaks can develop at the "bellows". Do I need a gasket for this new pipe?
