SCT X3 Locked, Only option to send it to SCT? Or somewhere else?

I was given a SCT X3 but it is VIN locked with 4 remaining unlocks. Do i have to send it in to SCT or is there any other company i can send it to? Thanks

Only SCT can unlock it, cost is $150. You will need to call them to get a RMA (return merchandise authorization) before you send it to them.
