Overboost know this has been asked, HELP

I have an 06, 6.0 and 2 winters ago while headed west to snowmobile my wrench light came on and stopped at the ford dealer in rapid city SD they said turbo overboost, so they take turbo off look it over and CLean it all out and send me on my way... Make it there, then on my way back it does it again. take it to ford they cant dublicate... So i dont worry about it, December ( a year later)i have alligator performance bulletproof it.. love my truck. But the last time i was towing a car hauler the turbo overboosted again... 3 times in 1500 mile trip

The turbo would spool up and i would watch the PSI so it wouldnt overboost, so i would let off, but then it would get all retarded and then underboost and my egts would climb but torbo pressure would be down around 5-10 psi, i am doing 70-75mph... then i would let off the throttle and coast then hit it and it would act normal

just getting annoying
Im almost ready just to buy a new turbo or a boost fooler.

This sounds similar to the issue I just went through minus the actual overboost. I did see 18-21 psi just cruising empty though. Turned out to be the Back Pressure Sensor. When ever it acted up it would get a very hollow sound from the turbo.
