Go to another parts store if available. There shouldn't be that many options.

I'm more of an autozone fan. You could check out their website to see if there are different supplier options, and/or pictures.

The only place I have had any luck with a REPUTABLE u-joint, ball joint or bearing to cross reference for the Ford is at NAPA (Spicer, Timken, Moog). Get the highest quality parts you can for the suspension or you risk having it blow up, come apart or disintegrate at the worst possible time. Advance, Oreillys, Autozone, etc are all based on low price, Chinese junk. They SOMETIMES have a few parts that are quality, but don't count on it.

X2 ... Autozone and advanced are good for buying armor all,car waxs, spray paint, fluids and some odds and ends but suspension/engine parts are not one of them.
