3.5" or 4" Turbo Downpipe??

I have a 05 excursion. Should I get a 3.5" or 4" turbo downpipe? I will have a 4" volant ss exhuast with no cat.

The bigger one is better to keep you egts low. That's what I have.

If the 4 inch will fit go with that I had to use a 3.5 because I have a manual trans and didn't want to pinch the pipe. But either way you'll enjoy your whistle even more

You'll have firewall interference issues with the 4", heck, I even get occasional vibration on the firewall with my 3.5". The 3.5" is a huge improvement over stock and larger than the turbo outlet, no reason to go bigger.

It was a pita getting it in there but it's not rubbing or vibrating on anything.

I had no problems getting the 4" in and I havent had any vibrating after the first day. I had to tweak it a couple times to get it in the correct spot

I looked at my down pipe. The previous owner put a 4" magnaflow exhaust with cat delete on. It also looks like he did a 3.5" down pipe. All the bends are completely smooth. So I don't gotta buy one now
