Block heaters in all 6L?

I read somewhere that International put block heaters on all 6L's but did not include the cord on them unless they were ordered as an option or sold in certain states. Anybody know about this?

Follow the link above to see if you have the cord or not. 06's may or may not have one. If you find the cord above the starter, look real close behind bumper for the plug end. They zip tied those suckers up there real good. Hard to see in there.

03-04's did come with them.
