somthing different every day!

I have had it w/ my pickup. I'm at my witts end! 2003 6.0 litre 163k. 4 door. FX4 package xlt 4x4. new HPOP both the pressure sensor and the IPC valve replaced 5K miles on them. EGR delete. new ball joints top and bottom. new axle u-joints on front end. went from running great to not shifting over night. so i thought maybe i had some plug that needed reseated. i reseated everything easy to get to and my batteries went dead. so i went and bought new batteries this morning. w/ the batteries in i test drove it and it wouldn't shift into 3rd at all. it has never done that before. i let the rpms hold at 3k for about 10 seconds and it just died. now it cranks really fast just like it did when the HPOP went out on me. wont start at all. somebody either tell me what to do or come get this thing for $8000.
