Its from Cummins Filtration products and you can pick up the restore at most big truck dealer service shops they can also order it and the restore plus if they don't have them in stock. I paid $24 a gallon for the restore and didn't want to order a case of restore plus so I got bent over at the dealer for the vc-9 instead. I paid $29 after tax for 1 quart of vc-9. If you can find the restore plus buy it. You will get 4 uses out of it for the same $30 that you only get one quart of vc-9 for.

If your deltas are good, you should not flush your system. You should put a coolant filter on your system.
