Amsoil oil additive?

Okay so while window shopping at napa I saw a bottle of amsoil synthetic oil additive, apon reading it said right on the back in bold that you should add a bottle of it to powerstroke diesel each oil change. What exactly is it? Something like rev-x?

Does amsoil have a similar product? Or should I go with rev-x?

I would use Archoil 9100 it's basically the same thing as Rev-X and is half the cost.
